Terms & Conditions

All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made.  EST will accept all major credit cards, corporate checks or cash.  To open an account with EST, please contact us.


Cancellations
Essence Sedan Travel understands that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable.  In the Washington Metropolitan Area (within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC), we will accept cancellations without a charge, up to two hours before the scheduled pick-up time.  Outside of the Washington Metropolitan Area, we will accept cancellations without a charge, up to four hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

If the window for no-charge cancellations is not met, the following fees will apply:

Personalized Chauffeured Service:
a fee equal to 2 hours of service and chauffeured gratuity will be charged.

Point-to-Point Service:
a fee equal to the fare, and chauffeured gratuity will be charged.

No Shows
For Personalized Chauffeured Service, a fee equal to 2 hours of service and chauffeured gratuity will be charged when client does not show at the pre-arranged location and has not called to alert EST of a change in schedule.  To avoid a no show fee, please call (240) 882-2261 and a chauffeur will be directed to you immediately.

For
Point-to-Point Service, a fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeured gratuity will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
