Cancellations Essence Sedan Travel understands that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable.In the Washington Metropolitan Area (within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC), we will accept cancellations without a charge, up to two hours before the scheduled pick-up time.Outside of the Washington Metropolitan Area, we will accept cancellations without a charge, up to four hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If the window for no-charge cancellations is not met, the following fees will apply: Personalized Chauffeured Service:a fee equal to 2 hours of service and chauffeured gratuity will be charged. Point-to-Point Service: a fee equal to the fare, and chauffeured gratuity will be charged. No Shows For Personalized Chauffeured Service, a fee equal to 2 hours of service and chauffeured gratuity will be charged when client does not show at the pre-arranged location and has not called to alert EST of a change in schedule.To avoid a no show fee, please call (240) 882-2261 and a chauffeur will be directed to you immediately. For Point-to-Point Service, a fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeured gratuity will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
