Personalized Chauffeur Service - Hourly (originating outside of a 45 mile radius of Washington, DC)
Personalized Chauffeur Service provides you with the flexibility and the convenience of chaufferured transportation for your personal agenda. For business or pleasure EST is dedicated to your exclusive transportation needs. Personalized Chauffeur Service that originates outside a 45 mile radius of Washington, DC will be billed hourly with the addition of an half (1/2) hour travel time from the time the car leaves EST's garage until it returns to the garage.
An 18% chauffeur gratuity will be added to the fare.
Sedan $55.00 per hour 2 hour minimum + 1/2 travel time
Mercedes S Class $63.00 per hour 2 hour minimum + 1/2 travel time
SUV $60.00 per hour 2 hour minimum + 1/2 travel time
Additional Charges
Waiting Time
For airport and Amtrak pick-ups, EST grants a 30-minutes grace period from the updated arrival time.Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $15 for each additional 15-minute period.
For all other pick-ups, a 10-minute grace period will be granted.Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $15 for each additional 15-minute period.
Stops
Stops en route are charged at $15 for each 15-minute period.
Service Fee
A 20% chauffeur gratuity based on the total time (fare + wait) will be added to your bill.
Out of Pocket
Other charges may include reimbursement for tolls and/or parking fees.
Holiday Surcharge
A 20% surcharge based on fare, stops and wait time, will be added to your bill on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Davy, Christmas Day and Christmas Eve after 5:00 p.m.
Accommodations
Chauffeur accommodation and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client on any occasion that requires overnight travel.
