Essence Sedan Travel will be there - regardless of how early or late the flight/train arrives.We will carefully monitor flights/train schedules to avoid wait-time charges.Chauffeurs are expected to update their arrivals prior to leaving EST garages.
Chauffeurs will be at the following designated meeting locations prior to scheduled arrival times:
Airports Reagan National / Baltimore-Wasington International: Location Options: Baggage Claim or immediately outside the Security Gate Far outer curb - Baggage Claim Level
Please be sure to call at (240) 882-2261 if there has been an unexpected change in arrival times to avoid “No-Show” charges. Clients can expect the following service upon arrival at the above-designated meeting locations: EST chauffeurs are required to wear black suits, white shirts, and ties.Chauffeurs will keep their jacket and tie on at all times. EST chauffeurs hold a sign that reads: “Essence Sedan Travel Welcomes Client’s Last Name” Upon meeting a client, an EST chauffeur will introduce him or herself, confirm the destination and assist with luggage If, after all passengers on an arriving flight have deplaned and the EST chauffeur has not met his/her client, he/she will take the following action steps: oHave the client paged on the public address system; oCheck with the airline to confirm if the client was on the flight; oNotify the EST office that will attempt to contact the client’s office and/or home. If a client cannot find his/her EST chauffeur, they should call EST dispatch at (240) 882-2261.The dispatcher will immediately contact the chauffeur to inform him/her of the client’s exact location.
Leaving the airport and failing to contact Essence Sedan Travel can result in a no-show charge.It is essential that all passengers be provided with the EST dispatch number prior to their trip.
